Manzil Park is situated approximately 8km outside Klerksdorp on the R508 in the North West Province.

Being a customer focussed leader in affordable housing Three I Developments identified the opportunity in the local market to bring this development to Klerksdorp.

This has enabled us to implement and manage a cost effective development and construction company.

Manzilpark development will consist of 1000 stands, fully serviced with water, sewer, electricity and paved roads Only quality SABS-approved building materials will be used.

A total of one thousand (1000) units will be constructed. Houses will include two bedroom units that will vary from 50 to 60 m² and three bedrooms units up to 90 m² with one and two bathrooms respectively.
